Speaking for the first time since Angelina Jolie went public about her decision to undergo a preventive double mastectomy, her boyfriend Brad Pitt said the move is nothing less than “heroic.” The actor told London’s Evening Standard he’s 100 percent supportive of his partner taking steps to reduce her risk of cancer, which runs in Jolie’s family. “Having witnessed this decision firsthand, I find Angie’s choice, as well as so many others like her, absolutely heroic,” he said. “I thank our medical team for their care and focus.” Pitt added: “All I want…is for her to have a long and healthy life, with myself and our children. USHER SUED BY NANNY

Usher's former nanny has filed suit claiming she wasn't compensated for the overtime she put in, according to TMZ, Usher's ex-nanny, Cecilia Duncan says she made her frustration known (for over a year), then Usher up and fired her last September without ever giving her the overtime she asked for. You'd think that the celebs would fear the disgruntled employee might take their anger out on the kids....but that doesn't seem to be a "Hollywood" concern. Naturally, Usher's camp says the lawsuit is frivolous (just like Diddy's camp did).  We're sure we will hear that Cecilla had some "past arrest" record that they "just" discovered and that would explain why she was finally fired. Not sure why one would choose to continue to work somewhere in which the felt they were being treated unfairly.  But it's very possible. Until they attempt to settle or dismiss the case, Cecilla wants six-figures for wrongful termination and failure to pay wages.

COULD NICK BRING SOUL TRAIN BACK

With MTV’s, VH1’s and BET’s minimized music programming, the rising mogul Nick Cannon saw a void and jumped on the opportunity to fill it. Sources are saying that Nick Cannon has purchased the rights in a multi-million dollar deal for the classic Soul Train franchise and plans on revamping the show for a modern twist to bring music (especially soul music) back to television. Reportedly, the deal is so huge that the source says Nick “now owns everything but Don Cornelius’ corpse.” Taking over, for real! No official announcement has been made, but Cannon is a media mogul who has ties with Teen Nick, MTV and NBC…the idea isn’t so far-fetched.

CHRISTINA HEADED BACK TO VOICE?

Could Christina Aguilera return to her big red chair in the Fall? According to trusted sources, the Grammy-winning vocalist is in negotiations to return to "The Voice." During an upfront presentation Monday, NBC confirmed that "The Voice" will air both this Fall 2013 and Spring 2014, within the same time slot on Monday nights. A slight adjustment will be made to Tuesday airings, moving to 9 p.m. (instead of 8 p.m.). It's unclear when Aguilera might return, but the possibility of a return isn't shocking. When her departure was announced last year, producer Mark Burnett expressed that it was possible to have coaches come and go, noting that breaks were plausible to allow them to tour and promote musical efforts. "These are current touring artists, so it’s a matter of balancing schedules," he shared last year. "They’re all in demand and we’re just balancing it all." If Christina Aguilera returns it is likely that Shakira, who joined the panel this Spring, will exit. Sources say Aguilera's deal could be at or around $12 million.

Kobe Bryant's parents have turned their backs on their son -- claiming Kobe was LYING when he accused his mother of stealing more than a million dollars worth of his basketball memorabilia ... and putting it up for auction, TMZ has learned. Kobe's mom and dad -- Pamela and Joe -- both filed sworn declarations in the legal dispute between Kobe and Goldin Auctions, the auction house planning to sell off the valuable stuff ... insisting Kobe willingly gave his mother the items in question ... and it's her right to sell them. According to Kobe's dad, Kobe gave his mother the memorabilia over the years, telling her, "Here mom, these are for you." Kobe's mom insists she never took anything from him without permission. Even Kobe's grandma has filed a declaration in support of Pamela. Kobe's sister Sharia Washington, on the other hand, filed a declaration claiming their mother has been conspiring to sell Kobe's stuff for years ... telling her the family could profit greatly from Kobe's stardom.

LINDSEY WANTS OUT

Lindsay Lohan is determined to leave The Betty Ford Center for greener pastures ... but TMZ has learned prosecutors are having none of it. TMZ broke the story ... Betty Ford doctors have cut Lindsay off from her Adderall, which she has always said was a deal breaker.  Sources connected to Lindsay tell us she's going "crazy" and is desperate to move to another facility. We're told Lindsay has researched other facilities and found one on the west coast which she believes is suitable to complete her 90 days.  She wants to move ASAP. Lindsay is saying she believes Betty Ford is "old school" and is not sensitive to the problems of young people. But law enforcement sources said, "She had 45 days to find a suitable place.  She didn't listen to her people and just did what she wanted so it's her problem now."  The source adds, "Not gonna happen."

BEY PAPA OWES IRS BIG MONEY

YBF.com is reporting, Mathew Knowles is on the IRS most wanted list after being slapped with a $1.2 million tax bill.  It's been a bumpy ride for Mathew Knowles since he ended his business relationship with daughter Beyonce. Though Mr. Knowles' Music World Entertainment group still carries some of the world's top gospel acts on its rooster, the label hasn't seen a great deal of success on the pop and R&B charts. Despite his chart absence, Mr. Knowles is still racking in dollars from Bey's earlier chart take over...but he's never paid taxes on it!.  Now, Uncle Sam has come calling and he wants his money. Based on the years 2010 ($485,575.95) and 2011 ($728,004.89), Mr. Knowles owes $1,213,580.84 dollars.

A TEASER FOR BEST MAN

The first trailer has been released for “The Best Man Holiday,” writer-director Malcolm D. Lee’s followup to his 1999 hit “The Best Man.” Starring Taye Diggs, Nia Long, Morris Chestnut, Harold Perrineau, Terrence Howard, Sanaa Lathan, Monica Calhoun, Melissa De Sousa and Regina Hall, the film picks up when the college friends finally reunite over the Christmas holidays and discover just how easy it is for long-forgotten rivalries and romances to be ignited. “The Best Man Holiday” is set to hit theaters on November 15. The Dawg is putting his "American Idol" career to sleep -- Randy Jackson just announced he's leaving the show for good at the end of the season. Jackson -- who's been with the show from the very beginning -- just released a statement saying, "Yo! Yo! Yo! To put all of the speculation to the rest, after 12 years of judging on 'American Idol' I have decided it is time to leave after this season." Randy continued, "I am very proud of how we forever changed television and the music industry. It's been a life changing opportunity but I am looking forward to focusing on my company Dream Merchant 21 and other business ventures."

KRIS KROSS FAMILY & FRIENDS SAY GOODBYE

Kris Kross rapper Chris "Daddy Mac" Smith broke down in tears today during the funeral for his former KK partner Chris Kelly -- telling the congregation, "It's been like a struggle for me every day ... I know Chris is in heaven." During the service, which took place at a Baptist church in Atlanta, Smith said, "He was a true friend ... I just wanna say I love you man ... and I'm gonna miss you dearly."  He added, "My life  ... it ain't ever gonna be the same, but I just hope our legacy for hip-hop is never forgotten. I'm gonna do my part to make sure Chris' legacy will live on." The funeral was filled with Chris Kelly's famous friends –Jermaine Dupre, DaBrat and  R&B singer Keke Wyatt and the members of Xscape, all of whom performed songs. KOBE GETS HIS WAY

A judge just gave Kobe Bryant a reprieve from his mother's attempt to sell his memorabilia ... by shutting down the sale ... at least for now. TMZ has learned a judge issued a temporary restraining order against Goldin Auctions, prohibiting them from selling Kobe's jerseys, championship rings, trophies, and lots of other stuff until a full hearing can be held next Monday.  Kobe's mom claims her son gave her the stuff outright, but Kobe says his mom is just bitter because he wouldn't buy her an expensive house.  He also says she stole some of the stuff from his house.

LAURYN WRITES THANK YOU LETTER

Lauryn Hill is very thankful to the people who penned letters on her behalf to the judge that recently sentenced her to three months behind bars due to her tax delinquency issues. Hill was facing seven years for the evasion charges, but after securing a few more weeks to come up with the money, the judge gave her a light sentence.
