How sweet of Beyonce to send Serena an inspiring message after she won the French Open. She told her to "Stunt On Them." Check it out...

And that is exactly what Serena did and she accepted the award speaking in French. You go girl!

Coach Lionel Hollins will not return as coach of Grizzles...

What a sweet and God fearing man who will be missed in this city. He stopped in last Tuesday for an interview with our stations and I had the privilege of interviewing him. You can check it out by going to our home page and clicking blogs and then clicking The Pulse page. You can hear the entire show.

I know that God has bigger and better things for him after the Grizzles annouced yesterday that they would not renew his contract. I met his wife the same day as our interview last week. I just so happen to run into her while I was out to lunch with a friend. God bless him and his family.

Tia Mowrey is dressing up for PETA...

I didn't know she was vegan. Well when PETA found out they fell in love and asked her to join their campaign.

"I became a vegan and I was getting bullied a lot on Twitter and PETA reached out  to me and they said ‘girl we’ve got your back’. And they sent so many cooking  books and pamphlets and I was like ‘Wow, this is really cool.”

I love that picture and the fact that she is vegan.

Serena is a bad girl and they say she accepted in french...

Serena was spotted posted up with her sisters Lyndrea and Isha Price.

She won the French Open title against frequent opponent Maria Sharapova in a 6-4, 6-4  victory. It is the first time Serena has won the French Open in 11 years, with  the first win against her sister Venus Williams in the 2002 championship.

On Thursday, she attended a special screening of Showtime’s House of  Lies.  She will be appearing throughout the second season opposite Don  Cheadle, and her ‘Love Jones’ love interest Larenz Tate.

Chad Johnson is in trouble again and going to jail...SMH...

When will he learn? His attorney was hoping to cop a plea deal today so that he could avoid jail  time, however, he messed that up when he thought it would be a good move to slap  his attorney on the butt (as a “good job” gesture) in court. Judge Kathleen  McHugh was not amused and rejected the plea deal while also extending his  probation by three months. He will spend 30 days in jail.

She performed at the annual shareholders meeting for WalMart in Fayetteville, Arkansas this weekend.

I'm praying for Paris Jackson, seems she's severly depressed...

Michael Jackson's daughter is doing too good right now. Last night she tried to commit suicide. Just before she was wheeled out of her home on a stretcher with two slits on her wrist, the 15 year  old had posted cryptic tweets on Twitter that read, “Wonder why tears are  salty? Yesterday, all my troubles seemed so far away now it looks as though  they’re here to stay.”

I pray they get her some real help fast.

The First Lady gives up the mic to a heckler...

12 minutes into The First Lady Michelle Obama's speech yesterday at a lesbian couple's home she was heckled by a lesbian woman in the crowd about an executive order on Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, and Transgender rights –particular  a ban on discrimination by federal contractors based on sexual orientation and gender identity.

As she was being heckled, Michelle immediately stopped talking and said, “One  of the things that I don’t do well is this,” before approaching the woman and  telling her, “listen to me, or you can take the mic, but I’m leaving. You all  decide. You have one choice.”

The crowd started cheering and decided they’d rather have Michelle continue  her speech, and the protestor was immediately escorted out.

She's being criticized for her reaction but I like it. Way to go First Lady. And you know what it really doesn't matter how she responded she still would have been criticized for it.

Fantasia and Kelly pull out their cat suits for their video...

Both Fantasia and Kelly Rowland was spotted yesterday as they  filmed the music video for “Without Me.” 

Above is the interview that Kelly did recently with Kevin Frazier. Everybody is talking about it and she was really emtional. Wow what an interview. She was really candid too.
