This was my review of RKelly in 2009:
He came out looking brand new without the thug look. No braids, I was impressed! There was a scene where he held up a red pair of laced women's underwear. He than went behind a stage prop and than came away from behind it with a white pair of men's underwear in his hands!  I think it was staged because the body
guard caught his jacket earlier that he had thrown out into the lady packed audience with a few men sprinkled through out the crowd. By the way, Pleasure P was pretty energetic too and K. Michelle, native Memphian, acts who opened for Kelly. He even gave a tribute to the King of Pop, Michael Jackson.

People stood during his complete two hour performance!....Front row tickets weren't the best in my opinion. You couldn't see unless you stood up too.  A break is needed...dat all I'm saying.  I was happy to have been on the third row! :)

Me and V101 listener....we had a ball! Kelly sang hit after hit!
Kelly shook hands with concert goers!
He passionately sang Sam Cook, By the River & thanked his fans for not leaving him.

These days, Kelly's past is just what the past is...behind him. He was recently here in Memphis. I has a chance to chat it up w/ Kelly! Pretty nice guy for the few minutes I spent w/ him. Hope to see him again late this month during his tour date in Memphis!
